The21st JA-YE Europe Company of the Year Competition is the premier Entrepreneurship Award for high school students in Europe. Each year more than 260,000 boys and girls from 16 to 20 form their own real business and discover firsthand how a company functions. Through hands on experience they develop new skills such as teamwork, leadership, innovation, willingness to take risks. Their unbridled enthusiasm mirrors the way of being entrepreneurs. The 2010 Competition will name the best student companies between 34 European Countries, all winners of their national competitions.
